• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• In case of unavoidable circumstances, the event date may be changed. Registration fees will not be refunded in such circumstances.
• Event schedule may be changed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Participants with physical ailments are advised not to participate without appropriate medical clearance.
