By registering for an event, purchasing any merchandise, or using any of our services (including t-shirt and medal design and production, photography, videography, timing solutions, and event management), you agree to comply with these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not participate in our events or use our services.

1. Eligibility for Participation

a. Event Participation:

• Participants in Ultra Champ Runners’ events (including marathons, half marathons, and other running events) must meet the age and health requirements specified for each event. Age restrictions, if any, will be noted during event registration.
• By registering, you confirm that you are in suitable physical condition to participate in the event and accept all associated risks.
• You may be required to provide emergency contact details and health information as part of the registration process for safety reasons.

b. Registration and Payment:

• Event registration must be completed through the official registration portal and is only valid upon payment of the applicable fees.
• Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Transfers to other participants may be allowed at our discretion.
• Late registrations may be subject to additional fees.

2. Product Purchases

a. T-shirt and Merchandise Sales:

• T-shirts and other merchandise sold by Ultra Champ Runners are subject to availability. All orders are considered final upon payment.
• We strive to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, variations in design, color, or appearance may occur.

b. T-shirt & Medal Design and Production Services:

• Custom designs for t-shirts and medals are developed in consultation with clients and are subject to approval. Once approved, changes may incur additional costs.
• Production timelines for custom items will be communicated upon order confirmation, and Ultra Champ Runners will make every effort to deliver within the agreed period.

3. Event Media & Promotional Content

a. Photography, Videography, and Drone Footage:

• By participating in our events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. Ultra Champ Runners may use these materials for promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, and other platforms.
• If you do not wish to appear in media content, please notify us in writing prior to the event.

4. Event Timing and Results

a. Timing Solutions:

• Official race timing and results are provided through our certified timing solutions. Final race times are subject to verification and may be publicly shared.
• Ultra Champ Runners is not responsible for timing errors resulting from equipment malfunctions or participant errors (e.g., incorrect bib placement).

b. Disputes Over Results:

• Any disputes regarding race results must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the results being posted. Decisions made by the event officials are final.

5. Event Cancellation or Modifications

a. Event Cancellation:

• Ultra Champ Runners reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, safety concerns, or other force majeure events.
• In the event of cancellation, participants may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards a future event, at the sole discretion of Ultra Champ Runners.

b. Event Modifications:

• We reserve the right to modify event routes, schedules, or other event details as necessary. Changes will be communicated to registered participants as soon as possible.

6. Liability & Assumption of Risk

a. Assumption of Risk:

• Participation in athletic events such as marathons and half marathons involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury or death. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to assume full responsibility for your participation.
• Ultra Champ Runners is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property that may occur during an event or as a result of your participation.

b. Medical Assistance:

• If you require medical assistance during an event, you consent to receiving emergency treatment. Ultra Champ Runners will not be held liable for any costs or outcomes related to such treatment.

c. Release of Liability:

• By participating in any Ultra Champ Runners event, you agree to release Ultra Champ Runners, its organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct during events:

• Respect for Others: Participants must treat event staff, volunteers, and other participants with respect and courtesy at all times.
• Compliance with Event Rules: Participants must comply with all event rules, including race instructions, starting times, and route directions.
• No Unlawful Behavior: Engaging in illegal activities or behavior that threatens the safety of others will result in immediate disqualification from the event and potential legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to logos, designs, images, and videos created by Ultra Champ Runners, is the intellectual property of Ultra Champ Runners unless otherwise stated. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without prior written permission.
