By registering for events, purchasing merchandise, or using our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund and Returns Policy.

1. Event Registration Refund Policy

a. Non-Refundable Registration Fees:

Registration fees for Ultra Champ Runners events (including marathons, half marathons, and other running events) are non-refundable except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

b. Event Cancellation or Postponement:

If an event is cancelled by Ultra Champ Runners due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, participants will be offered:
- A partial refund, or
- A credit towards a future event, at the sole discretion of Ultra Champ Runners.
In the case of event postponement, registration fees will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date. If a participant cannot attend the rescheduled event, they may request a credit toward a future event, subject to our approval.

c. Participant-Initiated Cancellations:

Cancellations by participants for personal reasons (including injury, scheduling conflicts, or change of plans) will not be eligible for a refund. However, in some cases, we may allow a participant to transfer their registration to another individual or defer their entry to a future event, subject to approval and availability. 2. Product Returns & Exchanges

a. Merchandise Sales (T-shirts, Medals, etc.):

Ultra Champ Runners offers returns and exchanges for defective or damaged merchandise within [insert days, e.g., 14 days] of the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a description and photo of the issue.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

b. Return Shipping:

If you are returning an item due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong product or a defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged. Ultra Champ Runners is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

c. Refund Processing:

a. T-shirt & Medal Design and Production:

Due to the custom nature of our t-shirt and medal design and production services, all sales are final once designs have been approved and production has begun. If there is an error or defect in the final product, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

b. Photography, Videography & Drone Services:

Payments for photography, videography, and drone services are non-refundable once services have been rendered. If there is an issue with the quality of the media provided, we will review your feedback and offer corrections, where possible.
Cancellations of pre-booked media services must be made at least [insert days, e.g., 7 days] in advance of the event date to be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made within this period may incur a cancellation fee.

c. Event Planning & Management:

Payments made for event planning and management services are non-refundable once planning has commenced. If Ultra Champ Runners fails to provide the agreed services, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine an appropriate solution, which may include a partial refund or service credit.
